This Sump Pump is a great backup for our basement in case we ever have any water issues. We live on a lower part of the block, so sometimes we get small amounts of water, and this is the perfect size and weight to have on standby. We used it to drain our kids’ pool before winter came, and it moved a good amount of water with ease and fast.

Setup of its operation schedule was very intuitive. Its best attributes: SUPER Quiet and Low power consumption. There's no need for a separate pump timer because you can program its operating schedule. The handle is a nice feature too. Customer service is very responsive.

Pump motor was super easy to install. Instructions were easy to follow and it came ready for service. I didn’t need all of the parts, but it came with everything you would need. Sitting in my hot tub as I write this.

This is a lifesaver when we are gone on vacation and a rainstorm is expected. I know the pump will take care of the excess water and not allow for accumulation on the cover. We have had this pump for several months, always outside and it’s still working great.
